Tiruvannamalai Adheenam Shri Shri Karunanidhi Swamikal has taken the decision to provide free meals during the whole year. Therefore, philanthropist devotees are hereby appealed to donate generously on the occasion of their or relatives birthday or in loving Give in Honor and Memorial of their relatives.

Annadhanam is offered twice a day to thousands of guests, sanyasis, brahmacharis, residents and volunteers at the Tiruvannamalai Adheenam mutt, Rs.60/- per beneficiary was spent as project cost for this. Breakfast with ven pongal and midday meals includes rice, sambar, rasam, joint, fries, buttermilk, waffles and pickles, plus vada and payasam. Food is prepared in a hygienic manner in the kitchen for alms house in this Tiruvannamalai Adheenam mutt and food is served to the devotees daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Donors can donate Annadhanam fund at tiruvannamalai adheenam mutt office and pay in cash and get a receipt.

Donors can pay Rs.25 lakh per day for the periods of festivals including Karthigai Deepam, Maha Shivaratri, Pradosham, Panguni Uthiram, Navaratri, Thai Poosam, Vasantha Utsavam, Chitra Pournami and Monthly Girivalam Pournami days For other days in the centenary year, they can pay Rs.4 lakh per day. If it is not possible to pay the complete amount by a single person, a group of Donors can come together and can contribute Rs. 50,000 or more.

The names of such donors will be displayed in temple and Prasadalaya premises as per the suggested date by interested donors who take part in this scheme.
