Hope Lodge Communities

Shiva Foundation Hope Lodge communities offer a home away from home for people facing disease and their caregivers when treatment is far away.

At the 30+ Hope Lodge locations throughout Tamil Nadu. Shiva Foundation provides free lodging to more than 10,000 Old age and patients and caregivers each year, saving them more than 5 crore in lodging costs.

Extended Stay shiva

The Shiva Foundation and extended stay shiva are once again partnering to connect eligible old age and patients with disease to reduced-rate home and hotel stays in over 400 locations across in Tamil Nadu.

For old age and patients, getting the right treatment sometimes requires traveling away from home. Lodging expenses can present a significant financial barrier to receiving lifesaving treatment, and financial barriers are known to contribute to disparities in disease outcomes. The partnership with Extended Stay Shiva will help fill critical gaps and is aligned with the Shiva Foundation goal of improving lives for people with disease.
